Return Policy

Returns are accepted up to 14 days after delivery. Sensitive electronic items are non-returnable. However, electronic items such as controllers will carry a warranty. Warranty length varies by manufacturer. "When an order is placed, a credit card processing fee is charged by our payment provider. These fees are non-recoverable and are retained by the payment processor even if a transaction is refunded. Therefore, all refunds will be for the product total less the payment processing fee. The specific fee amount will be noted on your refund confirmation." All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee in combination with payment processing fee, original shipping costs from the initial order is not refundable and buyer pays for return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
