Returns are accepted up to 14 days after delivery. Sensitive electronic items are non-returnable. However, electronic items such as motors and controllers will carry a manufacturers warranty. Warranty length varies by manufacturer. All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee in combination with the 3% payment processing fee and original shipping costs from the initial order and buyer pays for return shipping unless the item is being returned due to a mistake by Plum Quick Motors.
